SYNERGY©’S INSTANT WIN GAME & Lobo BOttle SWEEPSTAKES

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 12, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States who, at the time of prize awarding, are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in NE or AL; 21 in MS). Employees, contractors, directors, and officers (“Employees et al”) of GT’s Living Foods, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its bottlers, Warner Bros Entertainment Inc. (“WB”), Promotion Security Group LLC (“PSG”), participating retailers and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in the same households as such Employees et al, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. Void outside the states listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to play for a chance to win an Instant Win Prize:

A) RECEIPT GAME PLAY: Purchase a Synergy16 oz. 6-pack Supergirl themed Variety Pack from participating retail locations in the United States during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). Keep your Qualifying Purchase receipt and circle the qualifying product on the receipt, write your initials next to it and take a digital picture of the receipt. Ensure that the store name, date, time and receipt total are visible on the receipt in order for it to be validated. Then go to http://www.synergyprizes/Lobo (the “Website”) Once at the Website, you must follow the on-screen instructions to play the game (a “Game Play”). This will require entering your name, address, email, phone number and uploading an image of your Qualifying Purchase receipt. Once a Game Play is submitted, you will receive an on-screen message letting you know if you are a potential Instant Winner. Once on-screen message is received, the Game Play will be complete.

B) MAIL-IN GAME PIECE REQUEST: To participate without making a purchase, hand-write your complete name (no initials), valid email address, mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3”x 5” postcard in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: SYNERGY’S INSTANT WIN GAME – GAME PIECE, PSG, PO Box 568156, Orlando, FL 32856. All Mail-In Game Piece Requests must be postmarked no later than 7/13/2026 and received by 7/17/2026 to be able to participate. Once Game Piece Request is received and verified for eligibility, a game piece will be sent back to the address included with the request (a “Game Play”). If the game piece displays a winning message letting you know you are a potential Instant Winner, follow the instructions provided to claim your prize.

Each Mail-In Game Piece Request must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced Mail-In Game Piece Requests accepted. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor and Promotion Parties for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-In Game Piece Requests.

Limit of one (1) Game Play, regardless of Game Play method (Receipt or Mail-In), per person/email address/household per day throughout Promotion Period. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. If multiple Game Plays are made per day from any person/email address/household, all but the first Game Play will be void.

By submitting a Game Play, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules) and the decisions of Sponsor and its appointed agents, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, a Game Play will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of Game Play, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number.

Each Game Play must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual participants; automated and/or repetitive electronic Game Plays (including but not limited to Game Plays made using any script, macro, bot or promotion service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked.

4. PRIZES/ODDS: Fifty (50) randomly selected entrants (each, an “Instant Winner”) will win one (1) digital $50 Visa Gift Card Prize (“Instant Win Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of each Instant Win Prize: $50. There will be 50 random, pre-determined computer-generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period. If entrant’s Game Play, as described in Section 3, is the first one received on or just after one of those predetermined times, they will be considered a potential Instant Winner and they will be eligible to win the Instant-Win Prize designated at that time. The number of Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as Prizes are awarded. Odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize depend on the time the Game Play is received and the total number of prizes remaining at the time of the Game Play. Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/email address/household.

5. WINNER VERIFICATION: Potential Instant Winners will be notified via an on-screen message, as described in Section 3. Once a potential Instant Winner’s Game Play is verified for eligibility they will receive a confirmation email. Verification includes confirming participant’s eligibility based on these Official Rules, and verification of a valid Qualifying Purchase receipt. Confirmation emails will be sent within 7 days of winning Game Play. Instant Win Prizes will only be delivered within 4-6 weeks of confirmation email to the email address submitting with a winner’s Game Play.

6. GENERAL: Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Promotion Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Promotion will only be used by Sponsor to notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize.

THE PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“AAA RULES”). THE AAA RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CALIFORNIA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

8. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the claim or entry process or the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GT’S LIVING FOODS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND GT’S LIVING FOODS AND IT’S RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and all of their employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, prize suppliers, promotion/advertising/fulfillment agencies associated with this Promotion (collectively the “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.

10. WINNER RELEASES: All participants, as a condition of participation into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all other Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.

B) To participate without making a purchase, hand-write your name, valid email address, mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3”x 5” card and mail to: 2026 Synergy’s Lobo Bottle Sweepstakes – LOBO BOTTLE REQUEST, c/o PSG, P.O. Box 568156, Orlando, FL 32856 (“Lobo Bottle Request”). Lobo Bottle Requests must be postmarked by July 13, 2026 and received by July 17, 2026, to be eligible. Any request received after July 17, 2026 is void. Once all requests are received and verified for eligibility (based on these Official Rules), up to fifty (50) Lobo Bottle Requests will be randomly drawn from among all eligible Lobo Bottle Requests. The winning message below, along with a unique code, will be sent via email by July 20, 2026 (“Lobo Bottle Request Finalist Notification”). If you receive a Lobo Bottle Request Finalist Notification, you are entitled to claim one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing (See Section 4). 4. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/23/26 from among all eligible Entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT 7/22/26. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotion Security Group LLC (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions in all matters relating to this Promotion are final.

5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of airfare for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA from airport closest to winner’s residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room; double occupancy), and a Tour of Warner Bros. Studio Hollywood. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $2,499.00

Grand Prize trip must be taken by 10/31/2026 during dates mutually agreed upon by winner and Sponsor and is based on airfare and accommodation availability. No transfer or substitution of trip elements will be permitted. Grand Prize trip must be scheduled through Sponsor or its designated travel partner. Winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and guest must possess all necessary travel documents (i.e. identification) (at his/her own expense) prior to awarding of prize, depart/return from/to the same major airport and travel on same itinerary. Grand Prize trip does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, ground transportation or meals (other than as noted herein), service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on location of winner’s residence and the destination cities and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address or phone number provided with their Entry, within approximately one (1) day of the drawing (“Winner Notification”). Grand Prize Winner will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours to their Winner Notification. Potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and W9 (“Prize Claim Forms”), within time frame specified in the Winner Notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in potential winner’s telephone number or email address that may result in the potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification or any other notice or prize. In the event (i) the Winner Notification or Prize Claim Forms are returned as undeliverable; (ii) the potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification or Prize Claim Forms as directed; (iii) the potential winner is unable to agree on a date for the Grand Prize Trip, based on availability; or (iv) a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Any difference between stated ARV of any prize and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder.

In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.

11. WINNER RELEASES: All participants, as a condition of participation into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all other Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
