ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. WHO, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND PRIZE AWARDING, ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE (19+ years or older in NE & AL, 21 in MS).

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 12, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States who, at the time of prize awarding, are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in NE or AL; 21 in MS). Employees, contractors, directors, and officers (“Employees et al”) of GT’s Living Foods, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its bottlers, Warner Bros Entertainment Inc. (“WB”), Promotion Security Group LLC (“PSG”), participating retailers and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in the same households as such Employees et al, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. Void outside the states listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to play for a chance to win an Instant Win Prize:

A) During the Promotion Period, purchase any Synergy© 16 oz. bottle at participating retail locations in the United States and look for a unique code printed under the cap. Scan the QR code on specially marked Synergy 16 oz. bottles or go to http://www.synergyprizes/Supergirl (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to provide the required information, including your unique code, and click “ENTER” to see if you are a potential Instant Winner (“Game Play”). Once a Game Play is submitted, you will receive an on-screen message letting you know if you are a potential Instant Winner. Once on-screen message is received, the Game Play will be complete. All Game Plays must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 7/12/26. Results of Game Plays are randomly determined and are not based on actual game playing or skill.

B) To receive a free game piece without purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: SYNERGY’S SUPERGIRL INSTANT WIN GAME & SWEEPSTAKES- Game Piece Request, PSG, PO Box 568156, Orlando, FL 32856. Mail-in game piece requests must be postmarked by July 13, 2026 and received by July 17, 2026 to receive a game piece. Any game piece request received after July 17, 2026 is void. Limit one request per stamped envelope. Envelopes must be hand-addressed. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced game piece requests will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due requests. Once game piece request is verified, a game piece will be sent via email to the email address included in the request. The game piece will display a message letting you know if you are a potential Instant Winner (“Game Play”).

Limit one (1) Game Play per person, per email address and per household each day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of Game Play. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. The time clock of the Promotion Administrator is the official clock for this Promotion.

By submitting a Game Play, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and its appointed agents, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, a Game Play will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of Game Play or Game Piece Request, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number.

Each Game Play made on the Website must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual. Automated and/or repetitive electronic Game Plays (including but not limited to Game Plays made using any script, macro, bot or promotion service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked.

Each game piece request must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced game piece requests accepted. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor and Promotion Parties for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or postage-due mail.

HOW TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING (or “Sweepstakes”): Each completed Game Play will automatically give entrant one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (“Grand Prize Entry”). Limit one (1) Grand Prize Entry per person/email/household per day.

4. PRIZES/ODDS:

A. INSTANT WIN PRIZES: One-hundred (100) randomly selected entrants (each, an “Instant Winner”) will win one of the randomly selected prizes below (“Instant Win Prize”). Instant Win Prize descriptions, quantities and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) listed below:

There will be one-hundred (100) random, pre-determined computer-generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period. If entrant’s Game Play, as described in Section 3, is the first one received on or just after one of those predetermined times (either at time of online Game Play or at time of receipt of Game Piece Request), they will be considered a potential Instant Winner and they will be eligible to win the Instant Win Prize designated at that time. The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as Prizes are awarded. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the time the Game Play is received and the total number of prizes remaining at the time of the Game Play. Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/email address/household.

B. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) randomly selected entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) will win the following grand prize (“Grand Prize”): One (1) private screening of Supergirl in Grand Prize Winner’s hometown for Grand Prize Winner and fifty (50) guests. Screening will be scheduled on a date and at a location decided by Sponsor once prize is accepted and will occur by 8/20/26. ARV of Grand Prize: $2,000. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Grand Prize Entries received.

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically mentioned herein such as transportation to and from screening and meals/ beverages are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and their guests. All minor guests must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. In the event the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor, WB, or any other prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the screening experience early. Grand Prize Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value.

Sponsor and WB are not responsible if screening is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond their control. Sponsor may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, in their sole discretion.

5. GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 20, 2026 by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Instant Winners will be notified via email once their winning Game Play has been verified, and will be asked to reply with the requested contact information within five (5) days (“Prize Claim”). You must complete your Prize Claim as directed to be issued an Instant Win Prize. Instant Win Prizes will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of Prize Claim to the address provided at the time of Prize Claim. FAILURE TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE BY THE DATE PROVIDED WILL RESULT IN PRIZE FORFEITURE OF THAT INSTANT WIN PRIZE.

Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address or phone number provided at the time of Entry, within approximately three (3) days of Grand Prize Drawing (the “Winner Notification”), and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and W9 (“Prize Claim Forms”), within time frame specified in the Winner Notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in potential winner’s telephone number or email address that may result in the potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification or any other notice or prize. In the event (i) the Winner Notification or Prize Claim Forms are returned as undeliverable; (ii) the potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification or Prize Claim Forms as directed; (iii) the potential winner is unable to agree on a date for the Grand Prize Trip, based on availability; or (iv) a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Any difference between stated ARV of any prize and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of a potential winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder.

7. GENERAL:
Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable. Any portion of a prize not accepted by a potential winner, Instant Winner, and/or Grand Prize Winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Promotion Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Promotion will only be used by Sponsor to notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize.

THE PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“AAA RULES”). THE AAA RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CALIFORNIA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

8. PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://gtslivingfoods.com/pages/privacy-policy.

9. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the claim or entry process or the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GT’S LIVING FOODS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND GT’S LIVING FOODS AND IT’S RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and all of their employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, prize suppliers, promotion/advertising/fulfillment agencies associated with this Promotion (collectively the “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.

11. WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of participation into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all other Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The Grand Prize Winner and Instant Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, Grand Prize Winner and Instant Winners each grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
